INTENDED USE:

This instruction for use is suit for different specification of antigen test, include C2113 (1 test), C2114 (2 tests), C2115 (5 tests). There instructions and contents among these products may have difference, please pay attention to the markings and identification. SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Home Test Kit is intended for detection of SARS-CoV-2 Virus (COVID-19 Virus) for self-testing at home or near patient circumstance when someone was suspected COVID-19 infection within the first 7 days after symptom onset and non-symptomatic population especially for those who have recently been in contact with suspected or positive patients. This kit uses a nasal swab sample to reduce discomfort which can be applied to any person ranging from age 18 to 70. Adolescents or children can be tested under adult supervision or tested by an adult. For infants, very young children, or adults older than 70 please consult with your physician before use. SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Home Test Kit provides preliminary test results. The test kit cannot be used as the sole basis for treatment or other management decisions.

SUMMARY:

Novel coronavirus pneumonia (Coronavirus disease 19, COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection. Its range of symptoms may have one of the following symptoms: fever, fatigue, and dry cough. A few patients have reported nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea, and other symptoms. In severe cases, dyspnea and/or hypoxemia may occur after one week. Some critical patients show distress syndrome, septic shock, metabolic acidosis that is difficult to correct and rapidly develop coagulopathy.
