INTENDED PURPOSE:

NOVAtest® TORCH IgG Antibody Multiple Test is an immunochromatographic assay that use immuno-capture method for qualitative detection of toxoplasma, rubella virus, cytomegalovirus, HSV-1 and HSV-2 specific IgG antibodies from serum and plasma specimens of human. It’s used as an aid in the screen of the prenatal infection. This device is performed manually.

Herpes Simplex Virus-2 (HSV-2) leads to genital herpes, with symptoms including painful sores in the genital and anal areas.
