The construction planning for the phase two expansion of Atlas Link Technology Co., Ltd. is basically completed and has entered the stage of construction preparation and internal plan refinement. Construction will commence at an opportune time in the third to fourth quarters of 2020. The phase two expansion project includes a GMP super-clean intelligent manufacturing plant that meets the highest domestic standards for third-class medical devices, a low-temperature and low-humidity warehouse equipped with a 5G intelligent logistics system, and the renovation of employee dormitories, with a total investment of approximately 130 million RMB. The company will also collaborate with top domestic enterprises such as Huawei and Xiaomi to jointly participate in the construction of a 5G intelligent logistics system, greatly improving the company’s operational efficiency. At the same time, the product base will introduce a series of the latest fully intelligent automatic equipment to significantly increase the batch reliability and capacity of products, in combination with the company’s latest MUR (modular, upgradeable, and replaceable) product design platform. After the project is fully completed and the production line is officially operational, the annual production capacity will reach 100 million units (products), making Atlas Link the most productive and technologically innovative in vitro diagnostic product manufacturer in the entire North China region.

The newly built intelligent warehouse system will greatly save on labor and space costs. The intelligent warehouse will consist of a computer system and warehouse module units, completing a series of operations such as production storage, customs inspection, shipping, and returns in the shortest time while achieving full electronic processes and abilities such as traceability, upgradeability, and real-time monitoring.

In order to improve the office and living conditions for employees, the company has also partnered with a well-known hotel construction company to use fast assembly module technology to significantly improve employee living conditions. The new employee dormitories are equipped with 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, and air purification systems, with the entire building laid out with a 5G module fiber optic system, making it the first factory dormitory in the entire Hebei region to have a 5G module system.
